What our Client brings to the table: A social commerce platform creating micro-entrepreneurs by building a disruptive social distribution channel via individuals selling on WhatsApp, Facebook and other social networks by offering them tools around sourcing, logistics and payments. They are a Series D funded firm and are looking at a Series E funding shortly.

Must-Have Skills: Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance from top B-School (Pass out in 2015 or 2016)

Should hold 3+ years of experience as Business Finance in E-commerce Business.

Who they are looking for: This individual gets to create a direct impact on the organization’s revenue and growth by driving and identifying the gaps in the P&L of a Business unit. They get the opportunity to develop a mechanism to understand the cash inflow and outflow.

Some of the things you will do in this job is: 
•    To review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable
•    To jointly own the OKRs of the respective business unit and build an AOP to achieve the same
•    Do scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives, present top management with analysis
•    Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in-depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable
