Job Purpose

As per the Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules 2014, maintenance of Cost Audit records and Cost Audit is mandatory for the Company and is required to maintain cost records and get the same audited.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Get the quantitative data collection points and required cost report format created in the ERP package

2) Preparation of cost centre wise AOP in the BPC module

3) Ensure proper accounting of cost to the correct cost center

4) Provide the awareness to the Concerned user and the team to capture the correct Cost Centre while accounting.

5) Allocation of service deptt. Cost Centre to other Cost center on periodical basis

6) Monitoring of cost center wise cost with the AOP, Review and Monthly Analysis of cost center wise cost reports

7) Preparation of monthly Cost MIS

8) Computation and timely submission of margin of all revenue streams and periodical comparison thereof to indicate the areas of improvement and cost which requires to be closely monitored / controlled.

9) Maintenance of cost records required to be maintained in order to comply with the Act.

10) Getting the Cost Audit performed from the Cost Auditors

11) Timely submission of required details in relation to AERA filings.

12) Periodical review of the structure in order to update / develop the same for the changes taken place during the period

Minimum Qualifications

-CMA with Minimum 8-10 years experience in development, maintenance of Cost Records and experience in handling the cost audits preferably with the reputed manufacturing / service industry.
