An international company is looking for Manager director North of Kazakhstan. The candidate must be ready to move to this region.
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of the company (seed sales to customers, logistics, finance and sales management). An important goal is to further develop our excellent market position through active sales and expansion of our product portfolio. You provide professional planning, control, monitoring and accounting of the company's performance. All tasks must be carried out in close cooperation with the head office.
In addition to a strong commercial education, you have strong agricultural experience. Several years of experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in seed production, would be ideal. Deep experience in sales, management and business economics is important to us. As we are an international organization, we require good communication skills in English. We are looking for a compelling personality that is characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and action, a high level of market and sales orientation, and personal integrity.
