Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare month end and year end closing processes; ensure timely and accurate closing processes
• Responsible for monthly/ quarterly/yearly Management Reports for HQ/stakeholders
• Preparation of the budgets and forecasted Financial Statements and performing variances analyses for HQ
• To assist in maintaining/preparation of related party reconciliations on a quarterly/semi-annual/annual basis
• Coordinating with External Auditors/ to provide all requested information on a timely basis
• Manage accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting and Revenue recognition
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations by supervising the processes related to the financial accounting operations
• Working in Accounting ERP system (Oracle NetSuite)
• Prepares analytical customers and suppliers aging reports to ensure the smooth collection of AR
• Manage and comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax fillings
• Maintaining the bank accounts and banking relationships
• Responsible for cash flow forecasting and treasury management
• To develop (together with peers) financial reporting tools that will support the current tools, drive efficiencies and automation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) with 5+ years of combined accounting and finance experience
