We are hiring Qualified CA with minimum 8-9 years of experience for Manager- Finance and Accounts Profile -Goa Location.
Roles:
1) AOP Monitoring – Monitoring overall Revenue and expenditure to be within the approved Annual budgets for the year.. This would involve monitoring the budget utilization at the time of PO release and subsequent invoice booking. Further detailed Variance analysis to be carried out.
2) Procurement Activities – Involvement in Vendor negotiations and Purchase order release to ensure accuracy in terms of G/L selected taxes applicable and budget availability.
3) Payables management- Review the accounting of all admin and operational payments and tax deductions thereon in books of accounts as per Accounting standards and statutory guidelines. Monthly provisioning of expenditure for services already rendered.
4) Receivable management- Review and reconciliation of Revenue generation and timely collections. Periodic preparation of reports on collections, customer ageing and segment wise revenue reporting.
5) Tax Compliance- Timely deposit of Statutory liabilities (direct and indirect taxes)
6) Fund Management- Banking and investment of funds and control over Vendor payments in accordance with availability of funds.
7) Statutory and Internal Audits – Preparation & presentation of relevant expenditure and revenue schedules for auditors. This would involve compiling and analysis of data(for instance movements, ageing , variance, etc) capturing reasons for deviations
