We're hiring for the profile of Manager-Financial Modelling for Delhi location

Educational Qualifications: CA or MBA (Full Time)

Experience : 7-12 years of PQE

Budget: 28 LPA (including 8-10% Variable)

Working days: Alternative Sat off

NOTICE PERIOD: 1 Month (Buyout option is There)

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1) Financial Modelling

• Prepare and update financial models for lenders, investors, internal, etc.

• Financial analysis for various stakeholders to assess debt serviceability, profitability, funding requirements, etc.

• Valuations, returns, payback, etc.

2) Project Finance

• Debt raising initiatives including new sanctions, refinancing, etc.

• Working capital funding (sanction, documentation, security creation, disbursement, etc…)

• Preparation of teasers, IM, notes, proposals, new loan applications, etc.

• Structuring a proposal based on a workable funding alternative

• Take up credit rating renewal/ fresh proposal

• Coordinate with Lenders appointed agencies including LIE, LLC, LIA, ASM, Security Trustee, etc.

3)Banking & relationship

• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective lenders

• Mapping of banking structures, policies, procedures, etc.

• Submission of required information to banks on ongoing basis

• Ensuring renewal and review of limits on periodical basis

• Mapping of key dealing officials at various levels





4) Other Activities

• Manage financial coordination including BG/LC renewals, cash-flow planning, gap funding analysis, debt servicing support, and TRA/bank coordination for project/O&M payments.

• Prepare and optimize review materials such as internal/board presentations, funding notes, cost-optimization reviews, and responses to due-diligence queries.

• Support governance and oversight by attending internal review meetings, liaising with corporate teams, and ensuring timely updates on financing and project requirements.
