· Preparation of Annual Manpower budget for the Organization
· Recruitment across levels for various departments
· Formulate the Organizational Industrial relations strategy & oversee it’s effective implementation at all sites for cordial Employee Relations
· Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances
· Drive Learning and Development Initiatives for the Organization
· Oversee the Administrative activities
· Lead with designing of systems to automate HR processes
· Provide overall supervision and guidance on the Performance Management Process and continuously monitor it’s efficacy
Should have both Plant and Corporate HR experience
Will be leading a big team
Capability to manage multiple stakeholders
Experience: 18-20 years post qualification
Qualification: MBA/PG in Human Resource Management- Full time only
