This job might be for you if · Possess graduate or masters qualification, Preferably MA Psychology · Have 7-12yrs of experience in experience in conducting training and creating content, either in Training, Consulting company or mid to large MNC · Impeccable English, multi-lingual would be an advantage, exceptional skills in connecting influencing people even at senior level, humble in communication and listening ability · Strong customer centric approach-sensitive to customer’s needs with speed

Your Principal Accountability& how you will make an impact · Understanding the needs in depth of employees by engaging into conversations with key stakeholders, administering diagnostic tools to understand the knowledge/skill level. · Research and develop content and Design effective activities which meets the needs of the training required. · Creating Training manuals/ decks/ Facilitator guide and other supporting Training material. · Facilitating trainings using appropriate methodology to deliver the content · Doing post training effectiveness check to understand the immediate feedback and post training implementation challenges. · Mentoring and Coaching individuals to develop may be a part of the job · Planning and Communication within the training team and across functions
