Location: Thane

Job Purpose:

• To head the HR department of the company and manage end-to-end HR functions.

Key and responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling E2E recruitment & selection process as per business including workforce planning, forecasting, sourcing, assessment, selection & joining.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation to ensure a seamless joining experience.
• Responsible for talent mobilization as per business exigencies through transfers, deputations, promotions, etc.
• Identify and analyze training needs (internal & external) - coordinates and administer training programs & assessments.
• Drive meritocracy through effective Goal/KPI Setting, performance management, and reward decisions.
• Work closely with site managers and stakeholders to improve the work environment and employee engagement. Organize events, and celebrations to enhance employee experience.
• Prepare & upkeep HR Reports of Talent acquisition, HR budget, etc.
• Maintain employee relations by providing grievance resolutions, timely processing of benefit claims, payroll queries, Mediclaim assistance, etc.

Reports to: Sr.V.P Human Resource.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR management (Manufacturing Preferred) mainly in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Resource Management, L&D, Performance Management & Employee Engagement, and HRIS.

Education Qualification:

• MBA (HR) with a bachelor’s degree in any field.
