Responsibilities
You are responsible for part of the global User Service Center with team members in various countries in the APJI region
• Manage an intercultural team
• Align with the other User Service Center Managers across the globe
• Define responsibilities of the global User Service Center following the IT Strategy
• Establish standard processes for Incident and Problem Management following ISO 20000 / ITIL v4
• Help establish the standard Change Management process in collaboration with other IT teams
• Provide state-of-the-art first level support to employees/end users in the company
Experience- 14-17 years
Requirements
• Degree in computer science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Information Technology / tech industry
• Profound understanding in modern IT hard- and software solutions and tools and a good technical understanding
• Experience with the operations of User Services / Help Desk
• Strong knowledge of systems and tools, best practices, and methodologies
• Experience with managing global projects, solutioning mindset
• Practical experience with industry norms and standards such as ITIL v4, ISO 20000/9001/22301/27000
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Good organizational, strategic, tactical planning skills
Project Management skills
Motivated to continuously learn
Very good English skills, written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus
