Designation : Manager -LSP procurement
Experience : 4-9 yrs
Roles and responsibilities
• Potential vendor identification and onboarding, after completing detailed due diligence and vendor capability assessment
• Understanding requirement from division stakeholders and communicating the same to right set of vendors, some of the key requirements will be: o Print POSM o Branded and Unbranded gifts o Fabrication requirement (FSUs, CTUs and other display units)
Misc development jobs (demo kits, cured samples, festival kits, trophy etc.)
• In case of development and fabrication jobs, close coordination with division and vendor to ensure selection of right material of construction and getting the development done within the budget • Floating RFQ to vendors and resolving their queries pertaining to the requirement
• Price negotiation with vendors • Comparing and evaluating offers from vendors to get the right quality of material at right cost
• Developing a cost-based model to understand detailed costing
• Ensure release of PO within pre-defined TAT
• Continuous coordination with vendor to ensure timely delivery and keeping the division stakeholders updated of the delivery status
• Hands-on experience of working on different transaction codes in SAP and Ariba.
• Experience of using modern negotiation tools like e-auctions
• Ensuring Compliance.
• Ensure Quality Assurance of Products delivered by Vendors.
• Ability to manage a team, review the TAT's, Process adherence, etc.
• Implement the Process changes in lines with the Long-term plan. • Assist is executing audit related actions
• Assist in executing Risk management actions.
• Ensure the team members have a understanding on Process Improvement initiatives.
• Coach the team on delivering on all aspects of their role and support with obstacle busting where needed. • Provide timely assessment and quality feedback on improvement areas of each team member on the aspects of performance.
