They are Injection Moulding Machine manufacturers with their machines/products ranging from 15 lac to 1 cr. They manufacture Casting to Machining in house. Their total strength is 170 people with 13 branches spread all over India. They do not have any dealer network, but only focus on direct sales.They have their global foot prints in Canada,Middle East, Africa , Nepal & Iran.

DME/BE, BTech (Mech, Production, Industrial or Automotive)

Role & Responsibility

• Responsible for managing machine shop consist of multiple VMCs, HMCs and SPMs.
• Increase efficiency by effective planning of job allocations.
• Implementation of LEAN Manufacturing system.
• Implementation of TPM
• Managing team of blue collar and staff, motivating them and ensure culture of contineous improvement.
• Ensure right implementation of Business Process Deployment
• Implemention of built in Quality

Desired candidate should have hands on experience in running VMCs, HMCs ans SPMs. He/She should have good understanding on selection of right machines for new processes and in case of green field/brown field expansions. Team handling experience is must.
