Experience - Total 8-10 Years of Post Qualification Experience in Construction and Real Estate activities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintaining Books of Accounts
- Reconciliations
- Lease Arrangements
- Banking Transactions
- Monitoring Loans/Borrowings
- Constructions/Property related matter
- Sale/Purchase/Execution of the transactions
- Direct & Indirect Tax Compliances
- Preparing the MIS
