Role details:
- Title / Designation: Manager – Industrial Relations & Administration
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role & responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight for industrial relations and administration across 10+ project sites.
- Ensure timely decision-making on workforce planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder negotiations.
- Monitor site-level compliance with all labour laws, statutory norms, and ESG standards.
- Act as the central liaison between internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Handle escalation-level risk and grievance management in coordination with site teams.
- Drive consistent governance in labour management, safety compliance, and site administration across projects.
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and project deliverables are supported through effective back-end admin control.
Candidate requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Project Administration, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction firms.
- Experience in handling compliance with labor laws (ID Act, CLRA, ESI, EPF, etc.)
- Must have supported or overseen a minimum of 10 infrastructure/construction projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with ESG standards in the construction/industrial sector.
- Preferably with a background in Human Resources, Law, or Industrial Psychology.
