- Provide expert legal advice to senior management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, Export control laws, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property and employment law.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts, NDAs and all types of agreements to ensure legal protection for the company.
- Manager and resolve legal disputes, including coordinating, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s operations.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate business risks and protect the company’s interests.
- Manage internal legal processes, including overseeing intellectual property rights and regulatory investigations.
- Support business initiatives with legal research, opinions and due diligence.
- Oversee legal audits and compliance checks to ensure the company’s legal standing and minimize exposure to legal liabilities.
- Provide legal training and guidance to employees on various legal topics, including contract management, compliance and corporate policies.
- Lead or collaborate with cross functional teams on legal matters affecting the business.
- Responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Responsible for the enforcement or defence of claims in national and international business transactions
- Responsible for the legal support of the topic of "Legal Operations"
- Ensuring compliance with export control regulations, managing export control activities and advising on matters related to the classification, licensing and compliance of international transactions and shipments.
