Job Description: Manager – Machine Intake
Reporting to: Divisional Sales Manager – Machine Intake & dotted line to HOD – Sales
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Sales Manager for our Machine Intake division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, visiting and identifying key customers, providing with solution selling within the machine intake industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial machinery, intake systems, and the relevant market dynamics, and will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships while delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning growth and expansion in the assigned territory, driving the Sales target
- Business Development for the Machine Intake industry
- Develop & Manage network of End-Users.
- Prepare & present Techno-Commercial offerings & negotiations.
- Achieving Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales & Collection Targets
- Addressing diligently the Pre - Sales & After Sales Support
- Drive the sales of the said segment, present reviews with sales, presales and the execution team.
- Continuous Industrial customer / end user mapping in Metal, Power generation, transmission & distribution, Oil & Gas, Cement, Mines, Paper & Pulp, process plant, chemical fertilizer.
- Consultant, OEM’s and end-user mapping
- Periodic visit & drawing approval of existing projects
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: BE- Mechanical Engineer (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience with 3-4 years of sales experience in selling products to steel & power companies. Experience selling to oil & refineries and fertilizer companies is a plus point. Industrial sales experience required.
