Min Exp : 7- 8 years in Corporate or in General Insurance

Educational Qualification :  B.Tech must  ( Electronics preferred)

Main Responsibilities :

1. Ensuring underwriting technical standards by Prudent Risk selection.
2. Claims Review, Branch Audit, adherence to UW authority in terms of discounts/ SI/ Products profitability analysis, MIS maintenance, preparation of dash boards, product designing and helping to file the product and system developments.
3. Coordination with Internal Customers like Sales Team, Ops Team, Claims Team; External Customers:- Brokers, Corporates.
4. To prepare quotes, prepare presentations on loss ratios, price movement and analysis of the portfolio.

Key Skills :

1. Must have an experience in department like : Property, Fire, Marine and Miscelleneous
2. Communication: Conveying effectively to customers, team and team leaders to yield desired results
3. Problem Solving: Ability to find solutions and guide teams in difficult and complex situations
4. Decision Making: Ability to come up with logical options to facilitate teams to take a decision
