- Conceptualising and executing, implementing rewards & Performance management initiatives.
- Will be the SME for Rewards and PMS
- Manage performance management and rewards and recognition programs for the company.
- Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the company objectives and implement change where necessary.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of policies and processes in areas like incentive programs, benchmarking, job grading, salary management, company car and sales compensation programs
