Job Responsibilities and Major Activities/ Tasks:
- Prepare an annual sale, marketing strategy and budget, and continuously Monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Based on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies accordingly a weekly basis and submit to the Managing Director.
- Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
- Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand.
- Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/future sales strategies.
- Coordinate feasibility studies on proposed products.
- Liaise with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing.
- Appraise the performance of the Marketing and Sales team members.
- Should be able to identify new trends in the market and design sales strategies and campaigns to respond to them.
- Should be able to design competitive and cost-effective strategies.
- Good communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels within the company, externally and team skills, working in a matrix environment.
- Must be computer literate and be able to display analytical.
- Must be able to adapt and operate effectively within new and challenging environments.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, coordinating new product development.
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders for approvals.
- Responsible to release 3 months rolling sales plan for raw material, human resource, and machine planning.
- Payment follows ups and reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Responsible for customer order handling.
- Lead customer plant audit and approvals in coordination other inter departments.
- Must be able to review pricing on monthly, quarterly and/or yearly basis.
