Furthermore :
- At least a completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8 + Years of relevant experience in Asst Manager Sales and Should have knowledge of All products - Air / Ocean.
- Should have strong working knowledge of CRM software and other tools utilized in the Sales profession
- Experience in managing sales in a corporate setting and proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- As Manager Sales, leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving revenue targets in the freight forwarding industry and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Individual should know how to build and maintain the right network and identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation activities etc. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Additionally, will contribute to positioning and develop a commercial plan for your own PMC.
- Depending on the request, he/she will work together with engineers and BDM to develop the tender, including operational and financial matters.
- He/she will encompass all of company’s services, including international operations. The Business Development Managers from other PMCs also collaborate in this process.
- This ensures that your team can achieve the maximum and provide the right follow-up when the tender is awarded. Everything you achieve is done as a team, and from the beginning until the first invoice, you are collectively responsible
