Previous Roles – similar role in:
▪ Audit/Due Diligence/Valuation/ Transaction Advisory under the Big 4 firms/Mid-sized firms, or
▪ Corporate Finance/M&A divisions of an Indian corporate or
▪ Investment Banking/structured Finance practices of NBFCs
▪ Boutique regional Investment Banks

Job description:
▪ Analysing and evaluating companies across market landscape, policy landscape, financial performance, peers & benchmarks and investor landscape
▪ Strong skills in financial statement analysis and commercial acumen
▪ Support origination and conversion of leads – across Debt Syndication, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Restructuring and M&A
▪ Interacting with clients, understanding requirements and preparing proposals
▪ Demonstrate knowledge across project finance structures, regulatory landscape, sector trends and macros – exposure to infrastructure sector is an added advantage
▪ Effective pitch & positioning to clients through preparation of high-quality presentations, investment collaterals and other reports
▪ Strong skills in Financial Modelling and Valuation to assess feasibility of projects and companies
▪ Support transaction execution including pitch & positioning to banks and financial institutions, project/transaction structuring, due diligence, valuation, negotiation/documentation and sanction
▪ Strong communication skills

Academic Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant
• BE/Btech + MBA (CFA an added advantage)
