Job Description:
1. Sustain & Enhance Quality Management system for resolving & close-looping Top customer complaints using six sigma methodology to drive highest level of Customer Satisfaction
2. Execute Service Differentiation strategy, Continuous Improvement approach and deliver enhanced value to customer to drive Business growth
3. Ensure compliances in the organization operations and Service delivery standards of Business partners along with stakeholders through a system of internal audits and compliance procedures. Assess operations around various aspects of Process performance, KPI, productivity, HR, Safety, CI approach and trigger areas of improvement to drive Benchmark level of performance
4. Drive the Quality Management system in line with the expectations of the corporate excellence model framework (Inc. IMS Std. 9k, 14k, 45k) at the organization by ensuring Total employee involvement. Lead the organization in the internal and external assessments by Customer or the Group.
For Assistant Manager - Corporate Quality Service :
Requirement:
Drive Excellence in assigned domains leveraging Corp. Excellence Model
Learning & Development - Lead for Dexterity Centre - evolve it as per business requirements
Standardization - Establish Capability Building Manual / Guidelines & Standards for enhancing service quality at organization's sites
Application Knowledge of Global Excellence Models & IMS Stds (9k,14k, 45k) to drive highest level of Customer Satisfaction
Experience in establishing & institutionalizing capability building architecture for Business Partners (Transporters, Manpower service providers etc ) to realize higher levels of Service Quality performance
Ensure compliances in the operations and Service delivery standards of Business partners through an system of internal audits and compliance procedures
Experience in Conducting PDCA across various functions by leveraging Problem Solving tools & techniques
Sound Knowledge about the operations in 3PL industry (Transportation, Warehouse and Stores & Linefeed activities), operating processes, productivity metrics and cost levers for driving improvements

Drive Dexterity Centre (L&D for BAs) for all businesses:
– Institutionalize & Sustain E2E Process for enhancing Dexterity Skills
– Plan & Execute development of Dexterity Centers for the year
–Conduct Efficacy Audit on periodic basis to ensure continuity & consistency of the targeted deliverables from resp. dexterity centers
– Plan & Execute Refresher Train the Trainer Programs
– Drive PDCA culture across all levels in the organization and establish the organization as an highly Customer centric organization in the industry
