Job Responsibilities-
1. Review of Annual financials post finalization of accounts (under IND-AS & IGAAP)
o Monitoring the preparation of Annual financials and finalization of accounts of all the companies/Trust /LLP and ensure correctness of details.
o Consolidation of Annual Financials
o Quarterly filings of audited financials on stock exchanges for debt listed entities.
2. Reporting to RBFI under CIC/NBFC Regulations.
3. Support in Direct Taxation (queries, enquiries from Govt. departments, etc.) of companies/Trust/LLP/ Individuals and evaluate proposals
4. New Developments, initiatives and strengthening of controls
o Development of robust MIS and SOPs for changing business needs
o Establish internal controls and systems for business operations
o Support development of strategies, review of business proposals, etc. Analyse and evaluate business initiatives for financial viability
o Coordinate and proactively support/contribute in development/preparation of Business Plans.
o Establishment of controls to prevent cost overruns, protect company assets, prevent losses.
5. Compliances and process adherence
o Ensure complied processes are followed for payment to foreign vendors of all the companies
o Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and banking compliances
o Establish systems to monitor actual performance.
6. Other miscellaneous activities.
o Support in coordination of Internal/External audits.
o Ensure processing of reimbursement, Hire changes and other payments relating to employees
o Preparation of corporate AOP
o Planning of fund movement between promoter company and other JV companies
o Monthly preparation of common expense report of various group companies
o Monthly departmental MAPA preparation consolidation
o Planning of processing of transactions relating to acquisition or disinvestment of Group companies.
o Monitoring weekly review of all vouchers and supports to ensure paperless backup support of the documents
o Preparation and analysis of corporate office expense for management review
o Preparing and Closing of books of internal entities on FRS Accounting Standards
Qualification & Experience- Chartered accountant with minimium 3 years of experience with good communication skills and eagerness to learn
