Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnerships.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth in the indirect sales space.
- To be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the client.
- Keeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge.
Requirement:
- Graduate with Min. of 3 years of relevant experience in Channel/Indirect sales or a similar related sale role.
- Demonstrated understanding of indirect sales processes and strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment.
- Willingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost" attitude.
