Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to build a globally recognizable brand.
• Lead the design and execution of innovative campaigns that drive business growth.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, content) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials, including collaterals, ads, and app content.
• Lead social media strategy, content creation, and public relations activities.
• Track and analyze consumer insights, engagement metrics, and brand perception to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in the startup space.
• Proven track record of successfully leading creative development and execution from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of social media community management and content creation best practices.
• Passionate about consumer-centric marketing with a knack for creative storytelling.
• Exceptional written and visual communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of projects.
