Job Description
- Developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) plan for the B2B markets – brands, corporates, manufacturers, buying house, Wholesalers, retailor etc.
- Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
- Develop business to reach revenue targets.
- Working closely with the marketing team to plan activation activities for brand building and lead generation.
- Actively prospect, qualify and develop a sales pipeline including B2B (as listed above) accounts to meet monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets.
- Mining existing accounts for upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Handling inbound enquiries.
- Handling the complete sales cycle from range presentation to buyers to closure.
- Understanding client requirements and working with cross functional teams - sourcing, merchandisers, and business to ensure a smooth and quick sales cycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales for bed sheet, towels, comforters, and curtains for domestic market.
- Good understanding of technical aspects of the product to maximize sales conversion.
- Handled revenue targets/ account of 100 Cr and above.
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious operator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
- Strategic bent with strong bias for action.
