RFQ study. Product & Process feasibility study, Product Costing, and activities after awarding LOI from the customer. Preparing APQP Time plans, PPAP documents, and SOP, ECN & ECN Management. Preparation of drawings and documentation needed to define the product design. Experience in Die Casting-Tool & Product Design And knowledge of Mould design.

Role includes:

New product manufacturing feasibility, machining and dimensional feasibility, cast, defining packaging standards.

Capital Budget preparation based on Capacity Enhancement and Process Improvement. Execution of projects from budget to commissioning of project.

Develop NPD plan with timelines and review/monitor according to product development process.

Participate in design reviews and document open issues. Interface with Product Managers, Application Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Purchasing and other functions during all phases of product development.

Provide manufacturing facilities like Fixtures, Tools, Gauges, Machines and Material handling items for the assembly line, Stores and Process plants.

EnsuFirst-time time right development of sample and component.

On time delivery of the sample to customer as per schedule ü Ensuring all products prepared should be above benchmark cost, reduction in cost where ever possible.

Develop PFMEA’s for each workstation, evaluate and strengthening the overall process. Thereby preparing the control plan for each workstation.

Expert understanding of GD&T and relations to individual parts and overall assemblies.

Prepare and control Engineering Drawings, Process operation sheets, PPAP and all necessary documentation as per department manuals and customer requirement.

Preparing Layout for new projects, Re-layouting of plant, assembly line and facilities as per project needs

Responsible for TOOL ROOM activity & Die maintenance.

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

NX CAD Software - For 3d modelling / 2d drawing.

Flow 3d Software - For HPDC/LPDC/GDC simulation Analysis.

3d tools Software - For Export part file to another file.
