Responsibilities
· Business Development and Sales for all customers located in North India
· Meeting customers, OEMs, end users on daily basis and keep abreast of Market developments
· Managing and Supporting After Market Distributor. Offer after-sales support services
· Establishing new customers and maintaining good business relationships with all customers.
· Act as single point of contact to customer for all matters relating to our product line
· Conduct market analysis & competitor intelligence to provide actionable insights and for business growth
· Review periodically the Budget and sales plan including their financials to drive profitability in products
· Preparing client quotations as per company guidance, Price Negotiations & Settlements with customer.
· Meeting KRAs covering profitable sales, new business development and receivables from customers
· Developing yearly sales plan/Budget including quantities, sales turnover and margins
· Periodically reports on results, market conditions and proposed corrective actions or new strategic initiatives aimed at sales and margin growth.
· MIS and weekly updates to top management
Other Skills/knowledge expected:
• Candidate should have proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate
· Expertise in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Key account Management
· To have good Customer Focus, and ability to build relationships at all levels, Flair for Marketing & should have good communication skills
· Exposure to automotive systems and/or Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. Prior exposure to OEMs for sales, automotive, HVAC, Bus/Trucks, Agricultural, Construction/Off Highway applications
· Strong business and financial acumen with good analytical skills
· Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
· Good technical and domain Knowledge, Team Player, Result Oriented, Passion for Excellence.
· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc.
