This vital role focuses on overseeing Nursing Supervisors, the Staffing Resource Pool, and the Nurse Administrative Coordinators' Scheduling team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and support all operational activities across the staffing and nursing operations departments, encompassing clinical services, HR, fiscal management, and quality evaluation.
- Coordinate staffing resources according to the needs of the Nursing Management Team.
- Facilitate hospital-wide nursing staff allocations by assessing unit requirements and available resources to ensure cost-effective staffing solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive, computerized system with up-to-date details on all nursing staff, including demographics, skills, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with nursing management to ensure the effective placement of trained and skilled nursing personnel throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Preferred candidates will have prior nursing management experience and experience in staff scheduling.
- Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
