Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and support all operational activities across the staffing and nursing operations departments, encompassing clinical services, HR, fiscal management, and quality evaluation.
• Coordinate staffing resources according to the needs of the Nursing Management Team.
• Facilitate hospital-wide nursing staff allocations by assessing unit requirements and available resources to ensure cost-effective staffing solutions.
• Maintain a comprehensive, computerized system with up-to-date details on all nursing staff, including demographics, skills, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with nursing management to ensure the effective placement of trained and skilled nursing personnel throughout the facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
