Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, self-driven enterprise software executive to be the primary point of contact and as an Alliance & Channel Manager for all our Strategic Alliances & Partnerships. You will be responsible for increasing our footprint and growth of our integrated lending platform establishing. As a trusted solution provider, and facilitating long-term, value-based relationships through channel partner engagement with decision makers, strategic account plan development. The ideal candidate will work closely with the selected alliances and partners and enable them to drive successful partnerships and engage at the C-Level/Senior Levels in partner organization.
Role:
- Business development – through partners i.e., systems integrators, management consulting/ advisory
- Manage global partners and navigate complex organizations to meet with the right stakeholders to align, enable and expand.
- Establish joint go-to-market plans that yield joint commercial activity to maximize mutual Return on Partnership.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support and achieve goals.
- Work with partners to develop business plans to achieve revenue commitments, conduct QBRs, and measure partner performance against pre-established business metrics and partnership scorecards aligned to meet objectives.
- Facilitate, develop and manage sales enablement, sales support and training to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives.
- Evangelize the partnerships including joint value proposition with sales teams to ensure awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflict.
- Ensure appropriate reporting/updates on regular basis
What is required of the candidate?
- 10-18 years post MBA experience in a partner/alliance/channel management or business development role
- At least 8+ years’ experience managing Alliances and Channels in the technology industry, especially large Sis, Tech firms, local partners, etc
- Having driven enterprise BFSI sales through Channel partners
- Drive significant new software revenue through partnerships
- Demonstrated success owning Partner relationships start to finish.
- Executive presence, excellent communication skills, including use of MS Office, CRM platforms
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment
- Willing and able to work remotely and travel as required (approx. 35%)
