What your day would look like:
• New Product / Initiatives
o Work closely with management teams on strategic projects, undertake research and provide qualitative & quantitative analysis for recommendations
o Identify new Markets, Products, build a business case, work with the product team to build a POC, identify potential customers and help the sales team to pitch to these customers – in short - Deliver projects related to organisation's corporate strategy or new initiatives – from conceptualization to successful implementation• New Partner identification & development
o Identify new partners who can help expand the uses cases that organisation caters to and also drive revenue
o Establish a commercial structure with these partners, equip them with the right collateral/sales aids to enable them to be successful
o Manage the partner relationship and drive revenue• International Expansion
o Identify potential markets for geographic expansion, conduct a market study including perspectives of the regulatory environment, competitor landscape, potential customer landscape and make recommendations on which product of organisation would be the best fit for the market
o Build a GoToMarket strategy for the identified geography• Implementation and Monitoring:
o Assist in designing & content for company collaterals for potential clients, partnerships and more
o Manage analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights to various departments
o Coordinate with multiple internal teams to define and implement best practices for improving efficiency
o Monitor the evolution of the fintech industry, competitive landscape, new technology developments and regulatory environmentWhat you need to work with us:
• Working knowledge of the BFSI and Fintech ecosystem
• Demonstrate good analytical skills, an ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well across teams using a combination of analytical skills & soft skills
• Versatility to complete ad hoc requests and projects under time constraints and deadlines
• Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for the creation of both visually and verbally engaging analyses reports and presentations
