Position: Managing Director, Chennai

Company Focus: Industrial Applications, Safety Equipment, Electromobility, and Electrical Energy Distribution and Transmission.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction. Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on revenue growth.
• Shape and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with industry trends.
• Drive innovative business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation.
• Cultivate and nurture key clients, both domestically and internationally.
• Represent the company at various forums, engaging with stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience, with a proven track record in executive leadership within the manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of manufacturing, pre- and post-sales, and competition benchmarking.
• B.E (E and TC/Electrical/Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy) + MBA is preferred
• Candidate with an understanding of customers in the public and private sectors for this industry is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and emerging technologies.
