Currently we are looking for an experienced Mandarin Speaking Sales Assistant specialising in Ladieswear and Gentlemanwear with solid knowledge of the luxury market and clients.

Main duties of this role will include:

• Welcoming and introducing the customers to the brand universe
• Involving in customer asking , trying , payment and the whole  journey
• Maintaining the shopfloor standards high at all times in line with the company standards
• Building, maintaining and nurturing the relationship with existing and new customers
• Delivering the highest level of product knowledge to customers and selecting the right items to meet their needs
• Working in team to achieve the sales goal
• Working for the seasonal promotions and company branding.

Requirements:

• Previous experience is a key requirement
• Knowledge of customer payment process and tax free.
• Ability to develop a strong client book of regular customers
• Familiar with credit card payment, PayPal and WeChat Pay.
• Open minded and capability to solve the problem.
• Excellent communication skills, cross cultural capability
• Hands-on and proactive, full of responsibility

Fluent in Mandarin and English, other languages are welcome
