Role & Responsibility:

• Relationship building with the BA Manpower providers for effective operations delivery and ensure the Service level agreements (SLA’s) are achieved

• Devise strategy and deployment of Contractual workforce to run operations optimally

• Appointment, engagement, and review of Business Associate (Manpower Contractor) for supplying of Contract manpower as per the business needs.

• Ensure all labour law compliances and audit for the Business Associate.

• Understand and anticipate political environment and mitigations plans for various operations.

• Ensure no loss of productivity or loss of man hours due to shortage of manpower.

• Ensure implementation of Third Party HRMS with BA's.

• Conducting regular evaluations and audits to ensure process adherence and compliance.

   Manpower BA evaluation and onboarding as per defined criteria.

• Conducting employee satisfaction surveys with Third Party Manpower BA
