- Develop, execute, verify and implement methods, plans, toolsets and approaches that are appropriate and compliant to achieve digital solutions for assembly.
- Analyse customer requirements and define the associated technical solutions as input for proposals within assigned programs and develop proof of concepts
- Identify, analyse and resolve technical problems and apply/integrate solutions.
- Work with cross functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans by providing technical solutions
- Support and participate in technical and customer reviews, including formal gate reviews, including the creation and preparation of technical data and presentations as needed
- Generate or review, and sign as appropriate the assigned project deliverables, documents, and reports according to the project signature authorizations
- Take part in regular planning meetings to plan, review and deliver based on agile philosophy within the program
- Support with the creation and delivery of training material and initiatives relevant to area of work
- Identify improvements and create and/or check the work instructions, best practices and process design practises and relevant knowledge documents
