Job Description
Our Client is a world-leading Manufacturer in the Oil and Gas Industry.
For their exponentially growing operations in Viotia, they are looking for a ‘Manufacturing Planner’.
Your responsibilities:
- Form, monitor, and control factory production schedule following with discipline all weekly scheduling drumbeat milestones while securing on-time info sharing, decision making, and weekly plans sign off for 1-3 months rolling production plan successful finalization/implementation.
- Deploy and strengthen collaboration with key organizational stakeholders working closely with them at a daily level to achieve continuous bi-directional info flow/exchange always having the most updated data as well as the required input for effective production plan formation and update.
- Having advanced MPS / MRP setup, parameterization, utilization, and execution competencies plus scheduling tool operation capabilities demonstrating the ability to optimize materials management and production effectiveness via info flow amelioration.
- Acting as one team one source of information with the supply (supply planner and demand planner) team to timely identify constraints, co-manage and counterbalance limitations with key upstream S&OP counterparties producing an effective mid/long-term production/supply plan that fully meets customer demand in terms of time, volume and value.
- Fully utilize existing while developing also new production & supply management tools (SAP, MSG, ORTERMS, Qlik Sense) for rolling short-term production plan efficient management. Plus added value KPIs matrix generation/reporting and key factory planning forums visualization for effective performance monitoring and quality decision-making by senior operations management.
- Play a leading role in the short-term planning/scheduling system installation project while providing all the necessary support to all the key system and process optimization (SAP / MRP) projects.
Your profile:
- Strong academic background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Planner in a manufacturing Plant.
- Experienced in Factory Scheduling process, MRP, and Capacity Management tools.
- Involvement with SAP (ERP) will be a strong asset.
- Excellent English skills
