Our client is a leading Shipmanagement Company with a large and diverse fleet of vessels. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking a Marine Superintendent (Dry) to join their Head Office in Limassol, Cyprus.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marine Superintendent to join a world-class maritime organization headquartered in Limassol — a vibrant coastal city and one of the Mediterranean’s most exciting maritime hubs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting worldwide vessel visits, including routine marine inspections, internal audits, and assessments.

• Managing day-to-day office responsibilities related to vessel operations, safety, and compliance.

This is a role that offers a blend of global exposure, hands-on involvement, and strategic oversight, contributing directly to the company’s high operational standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar shore-based role or vessel operations.

• Sailing experience as a Senior Officer on bulk carriers or container vessels.

• Experience with Rightship and DBCE (advantageous).

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

• A strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, and integrity.

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Effective communication and report-writing skills.

• Ability to perform under pressure and work independently when required.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
