In this role, you will identify potential client organizations, generate new business opportunities, and initiate relationships with companies seeking recruitment and executive search solutions. As an early point of contact for prospective clients, you will help introduce Antal’s services and contribute to building long-term partnerships.
This is a commission-based opportunity suited for entrepreneurial professionals who enjoy business development, networking, and relationship building in a flexible, remote environment.
You will receive an Antal company email address, marketing resources, brand assets, and onboarding support. Training and guidance will be provided to help you effectively build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential client organizations through outreach channels such as phone, email, professional networking platforms, and industry events.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients that may require recruitment or executive search services.

Initiate professional conversations with HR leaders, hiring managers, and business executives to understand hiring needs and organizational priorities.

Present Antal’s recruitment solutions and position the firm as a trusted talent partner.

Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings between qualified prospects and Antal leadership.

Capture insights from client interactions and provide regular updates on outreach activities and pipeline development.

Maintain organized records of prospecting activities and progress toward outreach and pipeline goals.

Support brand visibility by expanding professional networks and engaging with relevant business and industry communities.
Qualifications
We encourage candidates with diverse professional backgrounds to apply. The following qualifications are preferred:

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, HR technology, learning and development, or business development is preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior professionals.

Comfort initiating outreach and professional conversations with new contacts.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Skills in researching companies and identifying key decision-makers.

Familiarity with professional networking platforms and CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, HubSpot) is beneficial.

Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.

Fluency in English is required.

Portuguese language proficiency is highly valuable for candidates based in Mozambique or Angola.

About the Team
You will report to the International Market Development Manager and collaborate closely with Antal’s sales, recruitment, and marketing teams.
This role contributes to our international growth strategy by helping expand Antal’s presence and partnerships across emerging markets in Africa.
