General Objective:
The Head of Marketing Ops will be responsible for developing and delivering the marketing technology stack in addition to supporting the marketing function.
As the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations you'll be at the center of our dynamic marketing organization influencing our technology and automation, campaign execution, process enhancements, and marketing performance. You will be dedicated to making the most out of our technology and marketing automation systems, acting as the shepherds for ensuring that we have the right strategy, frameworks, processes, tools, integrations and data in place to continually optimize the performance of our campaigns and marketing operation processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a marketing operations and/or demand generation role.
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a people manager.
- 2+ years experience setting up and optimizing marketing automation software.
- 2+ years experience working in tight partnership with Sales/Revenue Operations teams to collaboratively design processes and workflows that support the sales cycle.
- Proven history of improving Marketo or like system processes, including training of new users
- Strong understanding of MarTech - direct experience with the following technologies is a plus: Salesforce, 6Sense, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Cloudingo, Qualified or Drift, Chili Pipe
- Hands on experience in tactical execution - setting up, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns.
- Preferred: Experience working in a Startup environment, experience working in a fast-growing B2B company, experience with frontend coding.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build the framework, data, and integrations necessary to deliver personalized and timely marketing campaigns.
- Report on campaign performance, recommend and execute A/B testing, optimizations, and other strategies to improve key metrics.
- Establish scalable processes in Marketo and the rest of the tech stack to ensure best practices in campaign management and automation.
- Act as our primary Marketo Expert and Administrator; Train and support users of Marketo and other marketing technologies.
- Oversee and participate in the Execution and QA of campaigns, including building accurate UTM tracking.
- Maintain database health and oversee other operational task.
