Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs including digital marketing / social medica marketing.
Develop, edit and oversee marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.Responsible for overseeing the implementation and use of the CRM system, and support other users.
Act as Customer Service Specialist and help developing and implementing a customer service policy to measure customer satisfaction and improve the quality of service.
Help in developing procedures and ensure implementation and measure team KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field. MBA is a plus.
- 5 years’ experience in operations and digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Experience in using CRM systems.
- Communication and analytical skills.
