We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join the growing team of our client – a tech consulting company that helps businesses thrive through cutting-edge IT services, including software robots and AI virtual assistants. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of our clients's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with its values, culture, and business goals
• Effectively utilize various platforms and marketing channels to maximize visibility and engagement
• Create compelling and authentic content that tells the story of the company's culture, projects, and client successes
• Manage the company's digital presence, including the corporate website, social media platforms, and other online/offline media
• Assist the sales team with tailored presentations and marketing materials to attract potential clients
• Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and inform strategy improvements

Desired skills and qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and campaign management
• Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English (both written and spoken)
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Analytical, data-driven approach to improving marketing performance
• Awareness of industry best practices and emerging trends
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Canva, and other relevant marketing tools
