Title: Head, Marketing Communications
Experience: 14+ yrs.Job Responsibilities:
- Innovative marketing solutions in the digital as well as non-digital mediums.
- Responsible for developing marketing strategies and communication plans for the company mainstream business
- Ensure that all key events/case studies of the company are communicated and updated on all mediums such as social media, PR, website effectively
- To play an active role in strategic sales meetings by providing marketing and branding inputs to assist in achieving the sales targets
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed
- Responsible for executing marketing strategy on ground, agency briefing, timeline Management, strategy and effectiveness analysis
- Initiating alliances with media and other partners for amplification
- To play a key role in thought Leadership - search and ensure that the company’s leadership is well-placed at useful forums
- Lead marketing analytics for the company -formulate and institutionalize best practices for ROI measurement and optimization across marketing channels.
- Maintain a deep cross-functional partnership with Product & Services Portfolio Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and Sales teams. Establishing clear communication, alignment, and trust with these groups will be critical to success.
- Drive marketing plans and high touch marketing events and programs that increase awareness ,generate quality pipeline, move prospects and customers through the sales cycle, and build customer connect.
- Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of Marketing programs to stakeholders and the executive team.
- Collect information that contributes to ongoing market research and supports the marketing/sales activities.
- Plan and manage investment and budget items. Ensure a measurable Marketing ROI.
- Should have experience in Digital marketing, Marketing Collaterals & Content Generation, Proposal Response and Bid Management.
Basic Qualification:
- Academic Qualification : BE/BTech or BE/BTech + MBA (Marketing)
- 14+ years of marketing experience in digital marketing, technology companies
- Strong understanding of Banking domain, technology & architecture.
- Experience building marketing strategy, messaging and content development
- Knowledge in marketing and advertising strategy across banking sector.
- Experience building creative marketing programs
