Position Summary
The Marketing Communications Manager will be the custodian of the Agricultural Solutions brands and consumer touch points in the region. As the brand champion, the candidate will set the example for communication excellence and will always hold the brand up high.The incumbent will drive the successful planning and execution of the consumer marketing activations (On ground/ digital) reflecting set out strategies and guidelines in accordance with the business & marketing objectives. In addition to being the communication arm for the Agricultural Solutions Business Unit, internally and externally.
Role Responsibilities
• Develop marketing plans & communication road map in line with the overall business objectives
• Lead new launches, translate brand elements into plans and deploy effective go-to-market strategies across all
channels
• Follow customer segmentation and customer journey strategy for effective targeted marketing
• Conduct market visits to gather consumer feedback and insights and market trends in order to generate
qualified leads and increase consumer conversion based on insights and data.
• Design & execution of campaigns and activities (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR)
• Drive social media strategy through content pillars and creating and planning the digital campaigns, including
visuals, animation movies and documentaries on different social media platforms
• Create print materials, such as flyers, brochures, pamphlets (ideas, designs and printing) and selecting
different category giveaways
• Continuously review the competitive landscape, changes to the market and consumer trends
• Ensure that all branding guidelines are implemented across digital and offline platforms
• Manage AP communications, internal and external to promote BU news & events across communication tools
such newsletters, intranet, digital portals…etc.
• Create and manage the annual marketing budget and calendar of events
• Ensure all Marketing materials & brand guidelines are adhered to in all forms of communication touchpoints
• Coordinate and align all marketing, communication & promotion plans with all stakeholders
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand management, FMCG experience preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies, plans, and budgets
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and marketing funnel
• Demonstrated Storyteller and creative marketing
• Strong analytical data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
• Passionate, creative, self-driven, and results oriented.
• Outstanding communication skills.
