Responsibilities:
• Participation in the development, approval and implementation of a marketing strategy for the creation, development and promotion of a brand / product / service on the market with a focus on ATL;
• Development and substantiation of media plans for all types of advertising campaigns, depending on the tasks;
• Development of a communication message when launching advertising campaigns. Control of all ATL activity;
• Drawing up and protection of the budget of advertising campaigns;
• Development of creative materials when launching advertising campaigns in conjunction with the agency and design team;
• Daily monitoring of advertising campaigns for compliance with KPI, adjustment and analysis of effectiveness;
• Compilation of post campaign reports, analysis and search for insights;
• Effective communication and work with dealers and partners.
Requirements and qualifications:
• Higher education in marketing;
• Work experience as a marketing specialist in ATL, media planning, Digital for at least 3 years;
• Deep understanding of the features of planning, conducting and analyzing the effectiveness of ATL activities with an emphasis on Digital);
• Development of advertising campaign strategy;
• Together with the agency and designers, the development of creative concepts for advertising campaigns;
• Ability to correctly compose briefs for creating creative materials, understanding the peculiarities of working with agencies and designers;
• Developed creative and critical thinking, the ability to objectively evaluate ideas and creatives for promotion. Understanding content marketing and effective messaging techniques;
• Testing various advertising tools offline/online, A/B testing of hypotheses, campaigns and creatives;
• Constant optimization of key indicators, application and testing of optimization and automation tools;
• Advanced analytical skills of a specialist, consistency in processes. Ability to engage in analytical work, collect and process statistical data, prepare reports. Advanced level of knowledge in Google Ads, Yandex.Direct, myTarget;
• Compulsory knowledge of the Kazakh (!), Russian and English languages in perfection;
• Skills of copywriting and compiling selling texts;
• Competent written and oral communication - the ability to correctly express their thoughts in business correspondence;
• Team player - understanding the importance and peculiarities of working in a team. Effective interpersonal communication, the ability to effectively interact with other team members to achieve the goal, the ability to find a common language with different interlocutors.
