Our Client is a leading multinational company in the manufacturing industry.

For their fast-growing operations in Sofia, they are looking for a “Marketing Coordinator”.

Your responsibilities:

• Adapt and implement the Group’s Marketing strategy in the local market in cooperation with the Group Head of Marketing, the General Manager and the Commercial Director of the company
• Prepare the Marketing plan with clear objectives, strategic planning and actions according to realistic and agreed timeframes in cooperation with the General Manager and the Sales team of the company.
• Implement and monitor the Marketing Plan, control all Marketing actions, evaluate the achievement of targets and suggest improvements (objectives and product mix).
• Implement successfully marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Update the social media local pages in cooperation with the HQ
• Cooperate and coordinate the advertising company to launch the campaigns and evaluate them
• Make proposals, coordinate and control all promotional actions (media, digital marketing, exhibitions, events, brochures etc.)
• Utilize all marketing tools to create MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads), analyze and categorize them through CRM to promote them to the sales team.
• Prepare the content for newspaper articles, press releases, interviews, newsletters, social media and choose the content depending on the target audience.
• Conduct markets research or surveys in order to define the position of the company and its competitors in the market and to evaluate the customers’ satisfaction level.

Your profile:

• University degree in Business or Marketing
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing. Preferably in a multinational environment
• Good knowledge of digital marketing
• Fluent in English 
• Past experience with CRMs is a plus.
