Role & responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share – digital messaging, positioning, and campaign strategies.
- Creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel acquisition campaigns that raise awareness of the company.
- Identify marketing strategies and compelling campaigns and partnerships to accelerate revenue growth, drive traffic to our website, and increase sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
- Improve existing, and identify new channels, including paid search engine optimization (SEO), account-based marketing (ABM), and affiliate marketing.
- Drive traffic, demonstrate their product's leadership in the market, and optimize sales conversion.
- Setting, analysing, and monitoring channel goals and adjusting strategy accordingly
- Developing and managing agency relationships (media, PR, design)
- Collaborating with other company functions to strengthen company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
- Ensuring brand message is solid and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
Candidate requirements:
- A minimum of 10 plus years’ experience in marketing, preferably with some of that time spent in the IT industry and organizations, with a track record of solid career progression and expansion in management responsibilities.
- Content marketing experience is very critical for success.
- Driving Marketing projects for USA or Canada region preferred
- Highly quantitative and adept at digital marketing and performance marketing
- Previous relevant managerial and leadership experience as a senior manager who can influence and motivate others and guide successful marketing teams.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with numerous business functions, including Sales, Product, Engineering, HR, Operations, Sales, etc.
- Possess experience in organizing very select and niche business events.
- Must have experience managing messaging and digital company strategy, including content syndication, online advertising, traffic generation, blogger relations, social media, and web analytics.
