Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience and knowledge of the agrocultural specifics or B2B/B2C

• At least 3 years of experience as a Brand manager

• Experience in team management, including mentoring

• Willingness for regular business trips

• English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales goals

• Market analysis

• Budget management

• Planning and conducting events

• Creating visual materials

• Collaboration with a designer on shaping visual elements

• Design conceptualization and execution of advertising campaigns

• Placement of advertising materials on platforms (print, digital channels, outdoor advertising)

• Supplier search for implementing advertising products
