Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end event execution, including exhibitions, launches, and activations.
- Develop innovative event concepts, layouts, and programs such as workshops, seminars, and live demonstrations.
- Identify and secure venues, sponsors, and strategic partners to enhance event success.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including vendors, equipment, catering, and facilities management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and insurance requirements.
- Drive event visibility through marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and communications.
- Oversee on-site execution, including setup, event operations, and post-event dismantling.
- Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event planning and execution.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale events and activations.
