We're looking to hire a Marketing Professional to be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.

Key responsibilities:

• The Marketing Head will be the focal point of coordination between the local product launch & the brand team.
• One of your main responsibilities is to contribute in achieving the financial targets from both perspectives: Market Share achievements & Net Sales achievements.
• As a Marketing Head, the brand activation plans & their execution with the highest quality are under your responsibility & supervision.
• Ensure Training meetings to develop the marketing team & boost their performance.

Key requirements:

• A well-knowledgeable Marketing Professional experienced with interpretation & communication of scientific data.
• If you’re a details-oriented person with good analytical skills, so this is what’s we’re looking for.
• Team management experience is a MUST & experienced with leading big projects.
• Exceptional Communication skills & ability to work cross-functionally.
• 8+ years of experience mainly in Pharma industry with fluency in Arabic & English languages.
