Our client is a central European AdTech company expanding in various South and East Europe countries. This role of Marketing Manager role is new in this Company location .
The marketing manager is responsible for the overall strategy and operational development of a brand or product.
Thinks over a strategy for attracting customers and new leads (the main focus) with the help of marketing activities.
Interacts with the sales and development team, including product development, where necessary.
Coordinates the marketing strategy with the product owner or CEO, implements it with the help of marketing service functions: PR, content, PCC, design, and so on.
He/she speaks at strategic sessions and meetings with the board, defends his position.
Is experienced in tools and channels for promoting IT products, analytics, launching advertising, and so on.
Candidate main requirements :
- Min. 3-5 years of marketing manager experience in a similar business (advertising, PR, AdTech, marketing consultancy etc)
- Fluent spoken and written English and ideally at least medium Czech
- Understanding of the entire current context of industry sector (digital & brand marketing, digital marketing buying landscape etc)
- Ability to improve strategic direction
- Able to cope with a fast-paced international environment set and reach ambitious goals
- Very good team player
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership
